You would have the second floor back bedroom, it has a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk & double bed included.

The house has two bathrooms, one with walk in shower cubicle and toilet, the other with bath and toilet, so there are no queues in the morning rush!

There is also a shared living room, with TV, a dining kitchen, storage cellar and yard to rear.

 

Close to Tesco supermarket on Burley Road, and within walking distance to the University of Leeds or the town centre, this house is conveniently located for bus routes into the city.

The room is available in mid June. Best times for viewings are evenings and weekends, when the 2 tenants staying on (Lowri & Tofi) are around to meet you. They will be able to talk to you about the area and advise how they have enjoyed living in this house share. If you fit in and feel you would be happy in this house-share we can get you signed up fairly quickly.

All bills are included, Gas, Elec, Water, TV Lic, Council tax, broadband wi-fi.

Also fortnightly CLEANER for communal areas, so you don't need to worry about splitting up the housework. You are only responsible is for keeping your own bedroom clean and doing the washing up.
